Cleveland SC Soccer Stadium
Yes thanks for bringing that up. The NWSL is the top woman's league in the world. The MLS is not even in the top 20 in men's soccer. You could argue that the MLS is the minor league. The MLS is soccer for Americans .

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
I agree that a Superman statue would fit better on either Mall B or C or even the future Land Bridge. But I don't like the one proposed statue that has been around about 5 years now. I see the statue as the more traditional Superman pose with the cape flying in the wind. Situated somewhere so people can stand next to it for a photo with the city in the background.

It should be considered as a site for a full sized IKEA. Transit/Highway/Parking, within walking distance of various attractions. A perfect location.- Cleveland: Random Development and News

Funny I was thinking the same thing when I posted this rendering with that same thought about 3 years ago. I was thinking about a site for the stadium outside of downtown but still within sight of it and near the lake. The site is large enough for a ballpark type village and could be reached by an expansion of the wfl.- Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)

This city really hates letting anyone know what's going on behind the chain link fences. How about some beautiful graphics and photos of the park that's to come. It gives people hope and a purpose.- Cleveland: Random Development and News

I would have to disagree with this. My two favorite covered stadiums are Ford Field in Detroit and B of A field in Minneapolis. The benefits of a retractable roof IMO just does not equal the cost. Not only will it add about 500m + to the cost, the maintenance and future problems to me are not worth it. The translucent effect of the ETFE plastic used at the B of A stadium is beautiful and not bothered by the harsh Minneapolis winters. If the money can be found a fixed roof is the way to go.- Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
This is a screenshot from a video about NFL stadiums. It was just posted a couple weeks ago, but now I can't find it. But it identified this rendering as what's coming in Cleveland. This was the sharpest I could make it. Looks like it's by the lake with a fixed roof. It could be an old render idk ...- Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway Megaproject
I wish Bedrock would have considered these sites for the cavs practice facility. It would seem the perfect fit right next to the Fieldhouse. I could see the practice facility built on top of a multilevel garage along with the Cleveland Clinic sports medicine building. The garage could be wrapped with retail and available spaces. Maybe a laneway running through the two buildings. I am not that crazy about the south flats area for that development.- Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
