  1. ^I wish this and Bridgeworks could switch places.
  2. How about one in the UC and one downtown. They could fill them both tomorrow.
  3. I don't know who the property owner is but at Zoning today they proposed to demolish the Black Oxide building and replace it with a gravel parking lot. Zoning turned them down stating that it must be paved with landscaping. They asked if it could be temporarily gravel after the building demo until they can earn enough revenue through parking fees to pave the lot. Zoning agreed to send it to design review. These parking lot people are evil, they never stop. They contribute nothing to society and probably don't even live here. Until we make it harder and less profitable for them to do business it will never end. I hope for something better for that corner.

  11. I know Tom Benson stadium only seats like 25k but it looks great on tv tonite. If the browns had to play somewhere for a couple of years maybe they could add like 10,000 temporary seats and it could work. Could also add some video screens around the stadium for standing room. The leauge should make up the diff in revanue.
  12. Would love to see one of these 3D billboards as a part of this project. Maybe on the parking garage?
  13. With renovations coming to the Rock Hall I was thinking of ways to improve the look of the Science Center. I never liked the exterior of the theater as it kind of drags the whole building down. So I am very jealous of the Sphere in Vegas and thought this would be a way to improve the buildings look and functionality. The structure is already there so for the most part it would just be building on that with the LED panels. Imagine seeing that lit up at night from the Mall or from the water. The programming for it could be endless. Not just Science Center related.
