Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)
Newer more updated website www.flatsforward.org Also: New Historic District in the Flats Neighborhood Cleveland has added a new National Register Historic District to its inventory of recognized historic and significant places. The Columbus Centre Historic District provides economic incentives by the Federal and State Government to 38 additional contributing buildings on the Columbus Road Peninsula and nearby surroundings. The designation is complementary to current plans by the Cleveland Metroparks at Rivergate, the development of the Towpath Trail and Canal Basin Park. Downtown Cleveland has a tremendous track record in achieving historic tax credits both federal and state and this designation helps to advance these opportunities!

Cleveland: Marketing the City
Kind of harsh bro...these guys already have a pretty solid resume' even nationally. They also have a good history in Cle in some form or another over the years, maybe the BlackKeys copied them?

Cleveland: Marketing the City
Well I like the video. It is weird that so many shots were pulled from the Case video.(check it out, it's the one for the law school http://law.case.edu/) I think Glazen does their stuff. But I do like the narrative throughout and the attitude it presents. I wonder if they have a few more in the 'can' for different demo's. That would make sense.

Cleveland: Festivals, Music Concerts, & Events
^Whats great about this is because of the Metroparks Edgewater is becoming an event place. With the continued improvements there and the shoreway conversion look for more things in the future. This event will grow big time over the years. Also nice to see they have solid sponsorship already.

Cleveland: Warehouse District: Development and News
For all that is holy please let it be true, that albeit a small one there is a chance that one day the inJustice Center could face demolition. Imagine returning that land to the warehouse district that it was once a part of. Solution, build a Geis type building for the courts which would replace the tower. Locate a new jail somewhere in Cleveland proper, maybe along the Opportunity Corridor...who knows. I know there is probably one chance in a million it is torn down...but what your saying is there is a chance. http://www.cleveland.com/cuyahoga-county/index.ssf/2014/03/cleveland_cuyahoga_county_could_spend_300_million_or_more_to_upgrade_justice_center.html#incart_river_default#incart_m-rpt-2

Cleveland: General Business & Economic News
So Cle is part of what is described as a Megalopolis, part of a region that stretches from Chicago-PITSburgh. Equivalent to the worlds 7th largest economy. An article from the infamous Richard Florida describing The Dozen Regional Powerhouses Driving the U.S. Economy is an interesting take. And the comment section is always fun. http://www.theatlanticcities.com/jobs-and-economy/2014/03/dozen-regional-powerhouses-driving-us-economy/8575/

Cleveland: TV / Film Industry News
OK Musky thnx for the info. One last thought would be the Capital Theatre before I shut up about it. I would just like to see the restaurants/bars in the city benefit from this party before and after the screening. The Capital would be perfect. But it might be bigger than a local decision as Disney had to give the OK for the premier. Maybe they are tied to Cinemark in someway. idk. So I guess it's........NewYork/Paris/Beijing/....ValleyView,Oh....

Cleveland: Downtown: Drury Plaza Hotel Development
^Yes this could be really special. With some of the construction starting in the spring it should be coming up for design review soon. I hope. And I am still shocked that the two places we always wanted hotels at, this and the county admin site is actually going to happen.
