Wow those are fantastic, thnx for that.

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
I think the elevation change along Front St. as it drops down from W9th. would be a challenge to have it interact with the sidewalk much. That along with what appears to be a couple floors of parking. I like the building and where it's placed. I can't tell but from the image it looks what appears to be terraces on 4 of the floors which would bring some activity to the exterior wall. Guess we will have to wait for a better render to tell for sure. I hope they can sign some leases and build it.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Oy that Dallas game. Why would you have Jared Jack inbound the ball, he needs to be on the floor. Use Andy on the inbound he can see the floor better at 6'10. You need guards who can shoot on the floor not big men. There was no time for a rebound. Why wasn't Dion on the floor? Mike Brown keeps stressing that this is a young team, that's gonna get old as the season goes on.

Cleveland: Warehouse District: Development and News
Scene has a piece on the Dalad Group and the Worthington project. Also a link to photos of Johnson Ct. which looks like newly found Aztec ruins. They did receive the 5mil. historic tax credit recently. Does anyone know if this is a go? I don't see any timetable. http://www.clevescene.com/scene-and-heard/archives/2014/01/15/warehouse-district-development-will-open-up-secret-courtyard-of-mystery http://www.flickr.com/photos/pkncleveland/

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
State funds sought for pedestrian bridge. Greater Cleveland Partnership seeks $20.3 million in state money for capital projects By JAY MILLER The Greater Cleveland Partnership will ask the Kasich administration and the General Assembly to come up with $20.3 million to help finance $210 million in regional development. Several of the projects GCP hopes will be included in the state's biennial capital spending budget are designed to enhance public use of the Lake Erie and Cuyahoga River waterfronts in Cleveland and its suburbs. At the top of the regional chamber of commerce's list for inclusion in the capital budget is $7 million for the long-sought pedestrian bridge to connect the area of the new Cleveland Convention Center to the lakefront. All the recommended projects will require more public money and, in some cases, private or foundation dollars. In the case of the lakefront bridge, the city of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County each have pledged $10 million to the project. Cleveland: Hotels, Conventions, and Tourism News & Info
MurrayHill's new residential list in another thread got me to think about the number of hotel projects that we will have added in the city of Cleveland in a 5 year span between 2011 to 2016 approximately. I came up with about 2750+ rooms. And considering where this city was to where it's going that's a pretty impressive number. Anyway here is how it breaks down. Let me know if I am missing something. Cleveland: Downtown: The 9 / Rotunda / County Admin Development
^I am only guessing but I would think there will be some type of shared corridor between the county building and the tower. Especially with Heinens in the Rotunda. I am sure they would like to offer that option to some of their customers. Although it may get tricky with possible security checkpoints that you encounter in county buildings that have some public access.

Cleveland: Downtown: Cleveland Arcade
Just been thinking about The Arcade lately. It's been over two years since the purchase by http://www.skylineinvestments.com/ So actually I'm just throwing it out there for Michelle https://twitter.com/mjarboe thinking if she had any thoughts of doing a follow up with them. There was a time that The Arcade was not even listed on their website, now it is prominently featured with their other Canadian properties. Wonder what they are thinking.

Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway / Gordon Square Arts District: Development News
About Breakwater Ave., Michelle says this responding to a question in the comment section: The street that would be widened is Breakwater Avenue, which doesn't get much traffic now. It's a small neighborhood street (currently flanked by industrial buildings) and not a major street, but it would become an access point for the apartments. The site plans show some parallel parking spaces and landscaping along Breakwater. Father Caruso Drive would be extended through the middle of the site, over to West 58th Street. Michelle

Cleveland: Downtown: Cleveland Athletic Club Redevelopment
If they can complete financing on this project with a hotel as part of the package, that would be impressive. Especially when you consider AC, Kimpton and LeMeridien are already announced. Going to be fun to watch. http://www.cleveland.com/business/index.ssf/2014/01/cleveland_athletic_club_buildi_1.html#incart_river_default Cleveland Athletic Club building sells for $4.5 million, preserving tax credits for redevelopment January 07, 2014 at 9:45 AM, updated January 07, 2014 at 9:48 AM Michelle Jarboe McFee, The Plain Dealer CLEVELAND, Ohio -- One of the last stagnant properties between downtown Cleveland's Public Square and PlayhouseSquare changed hands on the final day of 2013, indicating that a revival of the empty Cleveland Athletic Club building might happen this year

Cleveland - Superior Avenue, a lost street...
It's like another world. Just crazy. I always love looking at the signs on the buildings and how I wish we had more of that today. It makes you wonder what images someone will be looking at 150 years from now. Will it be completely different?
