Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
Not sure it is fair yet to assess whether the final product will look good or look like the renderings. Still have to finish construction, painting & graphics, FFE, & people to make it look like the rendering. Plus, a cloudy sky in the background always makes the viewer subconsciously think it looks worse. If the update photos had been taken on a sunny day with blue skies, we may not think anything of it.

Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
Pros: Convenient for SOME suburbanites to get to the stadium. Convenient for people travelling into town for the game from the airport. Close to the practice facility & offices. you can use the land downtown to better connect to the lake (assuming it would actually get done and not just be an idea). Easiest way to get a dome. Cons: This sucks for downtown businesses on Sundays during the season. That location is ugly af. Would be super embarrassing to see aerial shots during broadcasts. I really don't want a nice glass stadium in a sea of parking.

Dang, finally. Now we'll have another 8 years of seeing Sherwin Williams at half-finished lol

Section 526, row 15? Don't know who you are, but we must've been sitting in the same row lol

Wow, thank you so much for sharing this! I had no clue you could see Cleveland from any point in Canada. So awesome

It'd really like to see something along E. 14th to the corner of prospect. Doesn't have to be anything tall (although that would be cool). Something to liven up that neighborhood adjacent to Playhouse Square. Feels like some good investment opportunities for PHS.

More testing tonight. Figured I'd post again since they have colors on the marquees this time around and are testing the Ohio Theater as well.

Marquee lights on at the State Theater. Hard to believe in the daytime, with how gold they are, that they can change colors so much at night with the lights. The photo doesn't do it justice, it looks very good.

Haha yes, waiting for their valet service among all the construction equipment- Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
Ohio, State, and Connor Palace coming along nicely. Some photos with people leaving the theaters. Can't wait to see the final product.- Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News

There will likely be a small one at the apartments scheduled to be built on Bolivar Rd. as well as one at Bridgeworks at some point (of course that's not quite downtown).- Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
Most of the finishes on Ohio marquee have been removed and all that remains is the structure. Some of the State marquee has been demo'd as well. Very weird being so dark at night here on Euclid. People come and go from the theatres with unmarked and unlit entrances. Only light is pretty much from the street lamps and the chandelier.- Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
I spoke with Cleveland Cement on Tuesday about the project and they stated they are on the 15th floor now. Doesn't look like 15 from this photo/angle, so they must have started on the columns up to the 15th slab.- Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
Work has begun on State and Ohio theaters. The LED screens are down on both sides of each marquee and all the light bulbs have been removed. So far they are just removing the design elements and leaving the structural members of each marquee.- Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
@sonisharrithat is correct, although not much progress has been made yet on the Allen marquee. Interestingly, they have left the Connor Palace marquee untouched for the past few days and it look essentially the same as the last photos. I will keep everyone updated! - Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
