^Huh?

Columbus: Cooper Stadium Redevelopment
^I would have to agree with that assertion. There are 3 within a 45 minute or less drive of downtown Cleveland alone. And I can think of at least 4 others in the state (if not more). All to a certain extent competing with 2 major league teams for entertainment dollars (actually 4 since Pittsburgh and Detroit are such easy drives from large portions of the state). That is a lot of baseball.

Cleveland: Downtown: East 4th Street Developments
^It is my impression from the above posts that people are not positive about a store closing at Gordon Square, but the possbility it is NOT closing...that the owner of Room Service may be selling that space and it will remain open there, either with that name or another.

Coldstone Creamery
^^The Cold Stone at Eton Collection on Chagrin closed and is now B Spot (Michael Symon's burger joint). I call reading an article a while back suggesting they expanded too rapidly and many of the franchisee's felt there had been mutiple mispresentation at the inception and ongoing and many are in trouble.

Suggestions for a night out in Cleveland's Little Italy?
^Actually I often find that very annoying. Like he is fishing for compliments. I do want to try Etna.

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
I guess the question I have if whether it is possible within the current budget (or possible at all) to prep the space under the MM for future expansion (if there is a need and the $$ can be found due to the need). In other words build to Ontario and somehow monthball the area. I would imagine it would be almost impossible to extend the space to Ontario once the MM is built without disrupting things upstairs. Could they engineer such a monthball spaced and would it need little to no maintenance? Again I just do not know.

The Ohio State University Buckeyes Football Discussion
I don't think so...Miller Park is really configured for baseball and probably only holds about 42,000. Green Bay is not that far away.

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
^^I think it is fine here as the article discusses how all this relates to the design of the convention center (things such as access to the facility among other things)....not much about the commission investigating the mall renovation other than a couple of paragraphs at the end indicating that this can be an evolving design and how it can tie in with future decisions regarding the mall).

Cleveland: Midtown: Development and News
No the post still does not make sense...he said the contractor not the developer...the developer (Gies) is not making profit from the material markup. I agree X...not quite sure what he is getting at.

Cleveland: University Circle: Uptown (UARD)
I may be wrong, but I was under the impression that currently the western portion of the north lot is not being built on in this phase. In other words the corner of Mayfield and Ford. I think the project was scaled back a bit when Zaremba pulled out and condos were put on hold. This is just speculation on my part, but I think that perhaps they believe this corner might be the best spot for condos if the market comes back some day so it will be developed in Phase 2 down the road. If not they just might go ahead and do more apartments.

Cleveland: University Circle: Uptown (UARD)
Fencing is indeed up on the eastern end of the north side of Euclid. Cars still parking on the western end and I imagine they will be for the foreseeable future until Phase 2 gets started.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
^^Is Erieview shedding tenants? Just a few years ago it was filling up, stealing tenants from other buildings due to great leasing deals. I know of two mid size law firms (over 50 lawyers each so with support staff over 100 people for each firm) that moved in during the past 5 years.
