And Dream Hotel at Masonic Hall. It sure would be nice to see a hotel on the Jacobs lot, but I guess that isn't going to happen.

Well, it is just a rendering. The artist might have gone a little overboard with the greenery. I assume there will be some fencing around the perimeter of the parking lot as well as security gates.

Perhaps they figure traffic flow to/from the facility would be better with the main entrance on E 75th.

Buffalo is good for both Cleveland and Pittsburgh due to the close proximity. It would be even better if Buffalo was in the AFC North.

Growth, yes, but probably not instant growth. New development tends to happen rather slowly in Cleveland.

The portion of the skyline visible from the home plate camera at Progressive Field is not very impressive. So yes, adding a couple new towers of decent height in that area would be nice.
