Years ago, I was always able to find free parking nearby. Now, all those lots have been developed. Oh well, I guess that's a good thing.

On Sunday, we paid $20 to park for the feast. We were only there for about 90 minutes. I suppose taking RTA might have been a better option. Or forgetting about it might have been an even better option.

I'm a bit disappointed with Bedrock. I thought they would be able to revive Tower City once they acquired it. But that has not happened yet.

If the lakefront is developed with attractions that bring in people year-round, would that be better than a stadium that brings in people about a dozen time a year?

So what exactly is the purpose of a "reliever" airport? Is is supposed to be capable of handling flights that might be diverted from the main airport?

Is BKL the only "reliever" airport for CLE or are there others?

Couldn't CAK be designated as a reliever for CLE?

Building height limit in that area is 175'. The height of Browns Stadium is 171'.

Well, there were a few options and I don't think anything was selected. One option was re-routing SR 237 away from the airport and re-doing the airport entrance and exits on the old section of SR 237. Another option was adding an interchange at I-71 and a roadway going directly to the airport. Access to a stadium would obviously add more complexity.

If Wolstein and STJ go away, that creates room for something really big, maybe a football stadium. 😉

The infrastructure work was going to be done in one of the airport master plan phases, but not in the first phase which is scheduled to start late next year. So it will need to happen sooner if the BP stadium plans come to fruition.

Yeah, in exchange, Cleveland can give the IX Center back to Brook Park. 🤣

How about the site of the old First Energy plant near Gordon Park? Was that an option? It is kind of far from downtown but at least it's in Cleveland.

No, that is not a crazy idea. A world-class aquarium, in addition to the science center and rock hall, would attract visitors to the lakefront year-round. It would also be nice to restore the Donald Gray Gardens which were lost when the new stadium was built.

I think I know what the skyline changing hotel will be.

Speaking of pipe dreams, whatever happened to the Dream Hotel? I checked their website and it says "Dream Cleveland coming soon - 2026". If so, shouldn't we be seeing some activity at the site?

Is the Crazy Horse still open? I thought all those places closed.

Have the Browns polled any fans? I think the vast majority are OK with the current "fan experience".

I still think Burke should be closed, but I'm guessing it will take several years for it to happen. Too long for Haslam to wait.
