Nice. Now that Euclid Ave has been revitalized, let's see the same happen on Prospect.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Let's see how it goes. The NBA is now a players league. It's all about keeping the key players happy. We were skeptical about the Guardian's choice for manager, but that seems to be working out OK.

Cleveland: Public Square Redesign
As long as PS remains a hub for RTA, I don't think we can expect much more. Perhaps at some point in the future, Superior can be closed to create a unified square which would make it a bit more park-like, kind of a mini version of Boston Common. But that won't happen as long as the FTA is preventing the city from doing so.

Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)
There are too many dark buildings downtown already - Lausche State Office, US Bank, Oswald, 1111 Superior, Erieview. No more please.

It sure would be nice to see a mural on the side of the Standard Building someday.

Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
Right. I don't know who is clamoring for a better fan experience. Maybe those in the suites sipping on cocktails during the game. Certainly not the average fan.

Cleveland: Random Quick Questions
I believe the first rib cook-off was on the mall and admission was free and I don't think there was any music. In subsequent years, they added rock bands and it became a rib-n-rock event with an admission fee. Then, several other communities got on the bandwagon and started doing rib-n-rock events.

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
Good grief. I can't believe we're having a debate about whether a smokestack stays or goes. There are lots of other smokestacks in Cleveland that will still be around.

There are plenty of smokestacks in Cleveland. Losing one will not be a big deal, especially one so close to downtown.

Cleveland: Suburban Crime & Safety Discussion
Many people look forward to attending these events during the summer. And they do generate lots of revenue for the church or organization. It would be a shame to cancel them due to unruly brats. Unfortunately, many have already been canceled in recent years for this reason.

Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
Yes, it would still be on the lakefront, but it would be farther from downtown. And it would still be in the city of Cleveland. It's probably a long shot, but I just thought I'd toss it out there.
