Cleveland: Downtown: Cleveland-Cliffs HQ
^ If Cliffs does decide to move, and that's a big if, it will take several years before a new HQ is ready. Seems like SHW will need HQ2 relatively soon.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
That is the 37th floor and the 38th floor is mechanic, correct?

Cleveland: Cleveland State University: Development and News
After reading the article. it doesn't sound like the two are related. But if CSU is having financial issues, that likely does not bode well for the master plan.

North Point I was. North Point II was 1990.

Yeah, 900' would be nice.

Yes! There will need to be some attractions to get people to visit year-round, not just during the summer.

That site sure would look much nicer without that hulking stadium.

Interesting idea. I hope it works.

Cleveland: Which Project Will Be Next and Why
I'm not sure which project will be next, but it would be nice to see that huge parking crater at 4th & Prospect developed soon. It would add some much needed density to the CBD and fill a gap in the skyline.

Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
The lettering style bothers me as well. It is too large and clunky on the road uniforms. I wish they would go back to the script lettering they used before the name change. Where did they move Feller, Boudreau and other players they were paying homage to?

Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway / Gordon Square Arts District: Development News
There are lots of beautiful old churches in Cleveland. They don't build them like that anymore.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Looking good! I'm even starting to like the shack (OK, not really).

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
How many gates would be available on the west side of D - maybe a half dozen? It seems like it would make more sense to acquire a few more gates on A. I would like to see D reactivated, at least temporarily. It is likely they will need to find some additional gates during the re-build of B concourse which is slated for phase 1 of the master plan.

Cleveland: Retail News
I thought the small format stores were intended for urban area. Apparently I was wrong.

Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
Well, different strokes for different folks. Gund Arena had blue seats originally that many people disliked. They later switched to red.

Cleveland: Retail News
^ Somewhere, anywhere in downtown CBD would be perfect.

Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
But it looks like the seats are closer to Progressive's blue, not Guardian's blue. They could have done red seats as that is also one of the team's colors.

Cleveland: Random Development and News
Seems like there is space on the east side of the building for expansion.
