Cleveland: Retail News
^ Based on that, where would be a suitable location for them downtown?

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Perhaps it could be the site of a new stadium?

Cleveland Browns Discussion
I would travel back to the early 80s and purchase a few thousand shares Microsoft, Apple, Intel and a few others. 😀

Cleveland State University Vikings Athletics Discussion
It would be nice if they could get a little more media coverage. They really should be drawing more than 1,500 or so per game.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
Seems like they need to get it figured out before the next big whale opens up at 101 W Prospect at the end of next year.

Cleveland Browns Discussion
If it is a grade 1 strain, he should recover relatively quickly. I've never really liked Thursday night games. It must be brutal for players to play again 4 days after a Sunday game. If the NFL was really concerned about players health, they would eliminate Thursday night games. Unfortunately, the NFL is more concerned about the almighty dollar.

I thought kickers would have strong hamstrings, but apparently not.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
Is the developer at risk of losing some of the tax credits if they don't get started soon?

Metro Cleveland: Road & Highway News
Well, the construction project is completed and they managed to squeeze a 3rd lane onto the 2 lane bridges over the rail tracks and SR 237, so this may ease the nightly bottleneck on I-480 westbound at I-71. Of course the shoulders are very narrow now, hopefully that won't be an issue. Routing I-480 south of Brookpark Rd in that vicinity would have been a challenge due to GM plant, Ford plant, Holy Cross Cemetery, Hopkins airport, etc. IIRC, Cleveland sued ODOT because larger cities, such as Cleveland, were required to pay a larger share than smaller cities for the local funding. It was the Cleveland section of I-480 that was the last to be completed.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
So maybe when the time comes, just remove the Main Avenue bridge and let east-west vehicles use Detroit-Superior?

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
One of the proposals has the boulevard ending at West 3rd. Motorists traveling west would have to take West 3rd to Lakeside to get back on the west shoreway. Of course the Main Avenue bridge is nearing the end of its lifespan, so it seems like the future of that section of the shoreway also needs to be factored into the discussion.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
Not a good look. How about something similar to this building in Sacramento: https://loc.getarchive.net/media/the-10-story-ziggurat-a-pyramidal-state-office-building-along-the-sacramento-4

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
I'm surprised Bedrock's only courthouse proposal was the Landmark building. The rendering for the riverview development shows several towers. Maybe Rocket Mortgage will fill one of them. Who will be filling all the others?

Cleveland: Downtown & Vicinity Residences Discussion
Nice excerpt: "If there is one mistake Cleveland has made, it is still catering to vehicles in Public Square. A bus lane still cuts the square into two parts. The road is unpopular with city residents and should be removed."

Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway Megaproject
Haven't heard anything about Dream Hotel Cleveland lately. Their website still has Cleveland listed as a future site. Seems like Gateway would be a better location for such a hotel instead of Midtown.

Cleveland: Cleveland-Cliffs
Maybe they will change the name.

Yeah, I remember that. It was Ahmad Rashad making the one hand catch. In Minnesota, that game is known as "Miracle at the Met".

Cleveland: Downtown: New Police Headquarters
The trees and greenery always look so nice in the renderings. It looks like they plan on adding some more behind the building. I assume the police museum in the current HQ will be moved to the new building.

Cleveland: Downtown: Cleveland-Cliffs HQ
Welp, I guess we can forget about a new 900' Cliffs HQ downtown.

Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
A retractable roof sure would be nice on a day like today.
