Not sure what it is with our pro sports teams. If not for bad luck they would have no luck at all.
  4. Good question. Is every vacant office building suitable for residential conversion? I'm guessing the answer is no.
  5. I liked the multi-colored seats at the old Richfield Coliseum. But I suppose it's easier to do all one color. I probably would have gone with red instead of blue. Oh well.
  6. Ugh. I liked the green. Blue just looks so cold. Gund Arena originally had blue seats which I hated. They were eventually replaced with red.

  8. Front the camera in the Flats that Fox 8 uses for the background image during their newscasts, it is looking quite tall. And it will be a bit taller when completed.

  10. Wow, look at all that retail! When I was a kid, my mom opened a bank account for me at Broadview Savings. We would go to the downtown branch periodically to deposit money I got from birthdays/other events and delivering the Cleveland Press. It was rather impressive as the bank stretched from Euclid to Superior. Afterwards, we would often stop for lunch at Mills cafeteria next door and then do some shopping at a few of the department stores.

It was reported that his annual salary will be more than the team payroll of 8 MLB teams, including the Guardians. MLB is a joke.
  14. Way too bulky. It might look better if taper continued on the added floors and came to a point at the top.
  15. ^ Let's hope so. We have been hearing projections of population growth for over 30 years.
  16. I hope they give the Tiffany Glass Building a good cleaning too.
  17. So I wonder if this improves the chances of Amtrak returning to CUT?
  18. I wonder if that's why they shut down the fountain?
  19. The Western Reserve Land Conservancy is hosting a public forum December 7th on improving the use of vacant land in Cleveland. https://levin.csuohio.edu/events/building-healthy-and-resilient-cleveland-neighborhoods-through-vacant-land-reuse

This means the 36 space parking lot will only be for a year. After that year, they need to show proof to the City that they are working on developing the property."
  21. Not sure what the plans are for Polish Village in Parma at Ridge & Snow. Tal's Bakery & Deli is now Krakow Deli. Perhaps more Polish establishments will eventually open in the vicinity.
  22. Wow, it's nice to see jobs coming instead of leaving. They probably should have gone taller with HQ1 if that was their ultimate plan.
