Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
I kinda liked the bright, orange-ish color prior to cladding. That stretch of Euclid could use some brighter color.

It would be nice if they could attract a few Slavic establishments back to Fleet.

I hate the parking garage on E 9th next to St John's Cathedral. I hope that one gets torn down.

Cleveland Browns Discussion
I'm not crazy about the bye week so early in the season, but it might be a good thing this time. It will give them time to recover and regroup.

Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
View of Terminal Tower was obliterated from points east a long time ago by BP (aka 200 Public Square). Having views blocked by new towers is a good thing. Cleveland is starting to look like a big city.

I hate to admit it, but Pittsburgh seems to know how to get things done. Whereas Cleveland just keeps kicking the can down the road.

^ Cleveland has lost population, but NE Ohio population has been pretty stable. I think it is around 3M.

One of the factors with a new courthouse will be its proximity to law offices. I assume most of them are near the current courthouse now.

Cleveland Guardians Discussion
I'm guessing the Guardians would create a position for him in the front office if he wants to remain with the organization.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
Good question. The strip mall is on the south side of i-480. The jail site is on the north side.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
The Garfield site is prime land that could have been used for something much better than a jail. The view from there is spectacular - I hope the inmates enjoy it. I don't recall IKEA considering Garfield. I only remember them considering the Brooklyn wetlands site.

Cleveland: Cleveland-Cliffs
A tall tower on the former nuCLEus site would be nice. It would fill the gap in the skyline between the towers on Public Square and those along E 9th.

Sure, they would get a discount on all those steel beams.

Cleveland: Random Development and News
Nah. They would want a 900' tower.

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
When those wide-bodies are diverted to CLE, do passenger normally disembark or do they remain on the aircraft until they arrive at their final destination? If they do disembark and it is an international flight, passengers would have to go through customs, and I don't think CBP staff at CLE can handle large numbers.
