Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Any Shoreway conversion plan needs to also factor in the Main Ave bridge as it is nearing the end of its lifespan. Should it be rebuilt? Should it be eliminated?

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
I like what Philly has done with their waterfront. Philly has a very similar situation in that a highway separates the waterfront from downtown. Perhaps Mayor Biibb and his entourage can take a trip to Philly sometime to check it out.

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower at Erieview & Galleria Renovation
Is anyone surprised?

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
Well, perhaps it could be imbedded somewhere in the development, not necessary on the waterfront. By the way, the proposed Cavs practice facility will be mostly windowless.

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
It sure would be nice if Bedrock's riverview development included a new casino. I hate having a casino in the historic Higbee building.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
Buildings are no longer torn down without a development plan for the site. Of course we are still waiting for development at the NY Spaghetti House site.

I dunno. It sounds rather Disney-ish.

I suppose it is better than a parking lot.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
With May Co, I believe they cut out a section in the middle and created an atrium. We'll see what they are able to do with "The Bell".

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
I recall an article stating the court tower could be 60 stories, but perhaps that was a joke.

I was hoping Hard Rock Cafe would return there now that the Northfield Hard Rock has been rebranded. I miss the giant revolving guitar.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
This is prime, clean land for development. If they want a prison in Garfield Heights, put it in the landfill.

It's starting to look like a big city. Let's keep it going.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
What is the estimated cost of 2-5 vs building new? And do we want to keep a jail in the heart of downtown? Probably not.

Cleveland: Random Development and News
Sounds good. Let's hope it happens We are all excited about SHW and CC currently going up, but Cleveland has been lagging behind many other cities as far as new construction downtown. I realize there has been an abundance of vacant office space which is one of the reasons. Let's first develop those parking lots in the downtown core, specifically 4th & Prospect (nuCLEus site), 8th & Prospect, 9th & Bolivar and surrounding SHW complex before building towers on the perimeter of downtown.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
If a new jail is built elsewhere, they could build a new court tower on the old jail site. Of course that would be many years down the road since they are still trying to find a site for new jail. And how much more would it cost by then?

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
Maybe it was making the workers dizzy.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Adding a paint museum?

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Maybe they are reconsidering it.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Let's hope so. There are enough dark glass towers downtown already.

SHW 2nd tower?

Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
Pedestrian bridges are still there. When are they going to be removed?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
Or not. The public is getting tired of gifting billionaire owners.

Cleveland: Streetscape Improvements
It seems like Mall B is well suited for concerts with the sloping lawn. Sort of a mini version of Blossom.

My boss sometimes brings in donuts from Jack Frost. OMG are they good!
