Agreed. Photos from higher elevation show more buildings. I took a photo from there on Sunday, but too much haze and smoke. I'll try again when things clear up.

First Energy is moving out of downtown Akron but apparently will still be in the Akron area. Toledo is impressive with three in Fortune 500 and two more not far behind at 519 and 583.

Exactly. There is no need to make every piece of downtown a 24/7 live/work/play area with offices, apartments, hotels and such. Just go with recreational and entertainment venues on the lakefront. - Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
