I guess it is unlikely there will ever be another tall tower built downtown, comparable to height of Key Tower. SHW was the best chance for that.

I'd like to see JACK rebranded as a Hard Rock casino. Then maybe Hard Rock Cafe can return to its former space.

It is unfortunate that SHW couldn't have revived the Weston plan for the area. That would have been awesome with SHW as the centerpiece. I was hoping this building could have remained as commercial. A shame there were no takers.

I have been wondering about that also. It seems like the apartments in that part of the building would have to be shaped like pie slices to give them all windows.

Then they can spend years and years studying renovation or building a new courthouse.
