Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Our sports team never seem to get a break - unless it's a broken bone.

Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
I'm not sure all of the panhandlers out there are homeless.

Cleveland: Immigration News & Discussion
Not sure. 20,000 is a sizeable number for any community, especially if they all come in a short period of time.

Cleveland: Immigration News & Discussion
That would be nice, although Parma's Ukrainian Village would probably be more likely.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Well, it's New York City, so it is just one of hundreds of tall buildings.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I noticed there is a building in NYC which looks similar, although tapered towards the top. I was hoping SHW would have done that.

Cleveland: Mayor Justin Bibb
That would have been more than the $12 million the FTA wanted the city to repay them for keeping the square closed. I am hopeful that it will eventually become one unified square, but it is unlikely to happen in my lifetime.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
Is "workforce housing" the same as "low-income housing"?

Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
It was reported a while back that Stark withdrew the TMUD application for nuCLEus. Is it possible that was incorrect or perhaps it was re-submitted?

Let's hope so. This is taking way too long.

Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)
^ I agree. I also don't care to see high rises on the lakefront. Sorry, Haslam. I would rather see high rises built on those parking craters in CBD.

Weather not so bad today - sunshine and temps in the upper 40s. It could be a lot worse.

Cleveland: Cleveland State University News & Info
I hope Wolstein Center Is not demolished. It seems to fill a niche as it is smaller than RMF but larger than the largest theater. With the CSU Vikings playing well again, hopefully they will start drawing larger crowds and perhaps be able to attract some big name opponents. Maybe the Crunch indoor soccer team will move there eventually.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
It is one of the handful of sites being considered, correct?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
^ Yes, it does. A jail doesn't need to look like a jail. At least from the outside.

Cleveland: Cudell / West Boulevard / Edgewater: Development and News
I have never been too fond of the location of Jacobs Pavilion, wedged in tightly against the Powerhouse and the B&O bridge. I was hoping it might eventually move to another location in the Flats.
