So many crimes are being committed by young juveniles. Carjackings by some juveniles that aren't even old enough to drive. What is happening to them if/when they are caught? Apparently, nothing of any significance. Until that changes, nothing will change.

I thought it was strange for a former research lab to be converted to a hotel, but apparently, the Orbit hotel is doing well. It has good reviews. I assume the inside looks nicer than the outside.

The rotunda is such a beautiful structure. A grocery store is probably not the best use for it.

Perhaps the current stadium should have been designed to accommodate the addition of a roof.

These is a lot more abandoned wasteland which will hopefully be developed in the near future.

Retractable would be my preference rather than a permanent roof. Milwaukee and Seattle have retractable roofs in addition to Toronto.

The old stadium lasted over 60 years, and would likely still be standing had it not been torn down. I don:t think a lot of maintenance was needed during it's lifetime.

I'm not sure I want to see a tall tower in the warehouse district. I would prefer buildings similar to the height and design of the existing buildings.

If the Browns move to Brook Park, the panoramic shots won't be as nice. ☹️
