Cleveland: Population Trends
I wish our local meteorologists would stop making every snow event sound like the storm of the century.

Cleveland: Which Project Will Be Next and Why
Yeah, I know there is a lot of other stuff happening, but I meant new construction.

Cleveland: Which Project Will Be Next and Why
It is nice that SHW and hopefully City Club Apartments will be getting started soon. But nuCLEus is apparently dead, Magellan is on hold, Cliffs is still thinking and there has been no news on Rocket Mortgage expansion. So what might realistically be next as far as new development downtown?

Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
I hear you. E 9th Street was a busy area back in the 70s/80s with several banks headquartered there - Cleveland Trust/AmeriTrust, National City Bank, Central National Bank and Union Commerce - as well as headquarters for East Ohio Gas and Ohio Bell. It's nice that many of those buildings have been converted to residential, but yes, a lot of office workers are no longer there.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
And probably another 127 pages during construction. 😄

Goodbye parking lots!

Cleveland Browns Discussion
Those aerial shots of downtown Baltimore were impressive. I wish Cleveland's harbor looked that nice.

Renderings always look better than reality.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Probably being done at that time for the benefit of TV. All the local stations can have a crew covering it during their evening newscasts.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Here is some info on the animation display for the Lumen's garage wall, which apparently they are calling "Lumenview". https://www.news5cleveland.com/news/local-news/oh-cuyahoga/cleveland-institute-of-art-students-collaborate-with-playhouse-square-to-display-animation-work

Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
Perhaps some of the poor decisions were made to keep the cost down.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
Sports facilities do not seem to have a very long shelf life nowadays. Cleveland Browns Stadium/First Energy Stadium which opened in 1999 is one of the older ones in the NFL.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
Seems like a lot of money to renovate a ballpark that isn't very old. Just out of curiosity, any idea what a new ballpark with a retractable roof would cost?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
And hopefully some signage soon indicating it will be the future home of Sherwin-Williams global headquarters.
-
Cleveland: Filling in Euclid Avenue
Any idea how attendance has been for the events?

Cleveland Browns Discussion
I'm not saying they should unload him, but rather they need to determine if he is an elite QB and is worthy of elite QB dollars.
-
Cleveland Browns Discussion
Browns need to decide if they will unload the Brink's truck for Baker's new contract. Hard to make that decision if he is sitting on the bench.
