I don't like watching games in a dome. It looks like a video game.

I loved watching those Thanksgiving Day games when they were still playing at Tiger Stadium in the rain/mud/snow. Now that was REAL football.

Hopefully we will soon see a building boom in CLE with Sherwin-Williams HQ, City Club apartments and perhaps a few others.

At least they were not afraid to go tall. It is 62 floors and 790 feet.

I would like to see it modernized, but not enlarged.

I guess it's nice to have low cost airlines serving CLE, but I wonder how committed they are. It seems like if they don't get the numbers they expect within a short period of time, the flights are dropped. Hopefully, another existing carrier will step in to provide service to those destinations.

I wonder if they could add about 3,000 vertical feet? 😀

Well hopefully, we will see something on the site in the not too distant future. To be honest, I was not very fond of any of the nuCLEus proposals. Something that blends in with the older buildings in that area would be fine with me.

Well, I was hopeful that some of the projects would still move forward without the TMUD.

It is kind of a shame that all these potential developments are in a holding pattern while they wait to know if they will receive a TMUD.

There is an old saying "If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.". I believe to pull areas out of poverty, we need to do more teaching.

And is Cliffs going to be needing more space at 200 PS? Does that factor into the equation?

There is no such thing as a temporary tax. They will always find a reason to extend it.

It looks like CN Tower in Toronto is $40 CAD. The last time I was there in the early 90s it was $10 CAD (and I thought that was outrageous).

I wish they would have put a lounge/observation deck on top. The view must be spectacular.

I thought Stark was going to do the larger version if he gets the TMUD, smaller version if not.

Especially a parking garage near sports/entertainment facilities that charge $20+ for special events.

It is very sad that he chose the wrong path. I assume he had no parents. Anyone know what happened to them?

I am not familiar with the W Hotel brand. Do they typically locate in existing facilities vs. building new?

So they are tearing down the garage? Are there structural issues?
