I drive through the McMillian/Highland intersection every day. They just started tearing down some of the vacant houses on the corner a couple of days ago. I was wondering why, now I know.

I grew up in West Chester and I had classes in a trailer in 6th grade when I was at Lakota (Hopewell Jr. School). Even suburban schools have to deal with them. I didn't like it very much. Thank god I'm in the city now. It's not because of the schools, it's just so much more fun!

For all of you in Cincinnati, there is some hope for the riverfront. Looks like the Gregory family is following through on their promise. Who knows, this may help spur other development.
