Yeah, I think you're the one millionth person to have said that. So I guess you should win something actually. That's the one day in the year that I'm the coolest guy in the city. But yeah, the view is pretty spectacular, it extends all the way across the river and into NKY. I have a huge panoramic I'm still stitching together.

I know I'm kinda late on this but wow, McCormick and Schmick coming to Beavercreek! It was a big deal even when it was coming to Cincy. Too bad it's not going to downtown like it did there though.

That building looks like heck. It could become the Urban Ohio world headquarters. Anyone got half a million dollars?

Wow, that is so depressing. I love the Dublin Pub but now it seems like such a let down to have such a little building there. I can't believe how that area used to look. Incredible work!

I'm not such a fan of the parking lot but I guess it's only 16 spaces. Maybe a nice parking lot close to the one beside Gem City Records will encourage them to clean theirs up.

Fantastic shots. Tudors are my favorite. I've been through Oakwood quite a bit but haven't seen these parts of Kettering as much as I'd like to. Thanks for the tour.

I went to Tank's once on a snowy March night. I was rather impressed. The outside doesn't show the inside atmosphere. But I agree, people really seemed to know each other in there which I love.

People are such complainers. I think it's a fine idea and is helpful.
