  1. Killer dusk shots.
  2. Thanks for the tour, Jeff. I saw some of those Friday night during the Rehabarama. I love posts like this, that St. Anne's Hill one was a mindblower.
  3. That'd be ridiculous to clear the entire neighborhood out. Why can't a project similar to what happened in the Fairgrounds happen in SP? It would seem to be the next area up for a total make-over. This house is great. I love places with the 2nd story balconies. Someone fix this place up!

Nice area. I really like the first house.
  5. Where/what is this windowless wonder? I'm really really starting to like the Kroger building. I think seeing the Teen Vogue building on The Hills so much might have helped. :-P
  6. It looked pretty good to me. This bit of infill is sharp.
  7. Looks like a very solid town.
  8. That ship is huge!
  9. Rockin'! I like 16, 23, 27 and 29 the most.
  10. I'd like to see it all in proportion.
  11. Definitely interesting. Reminds me of Greenmont in Kettering. That new infill is some classy stuff.
  12. Progress looks like a very pleasant street.
  13. Ahhh…it's so sad to look at old aerials. The height of newer buildings is nice but all the parking lots…Dayton is the same way, actually worse.
  14. grrr...

    Dang, bold tank top.
  16. I must admit to knowing little about it myself. Is it office/residential?
  17. Haha. Yeah, pretty much.
  18. Read the Great Gatsby, although it's 1920s New York not Chicago. It may be helpful. You should have a mint julep on the drinks menu for sure.
  19. It's the Grammercy. I didn't take this pic—unfortunately. It's right up against Piatt Park.
  20. Is the Waldo building the one with the leaves around it?
  21. Here's the building in discussion. Pool and nearby house. It's pretty incredible how wooded the area really is. You can see the hi-rises in East Walnut Hills, the hills of Kentucky and, amazingly enough, the tops of towers downtown. And a close-up.
  22. So cavernous. What building is it? Ah yes, Shillito. I actually had to stitch this sucker together because I couldn't get a full shot of it from the sidewalk. Inside. I like something about crappy pics sometimes. Elevator. From the roof. Piatt Park I love this building. Silly men playing silly songs.
  23. Here's what happened to that old house at the top of Monastery St. in Mt. Adams. I spoke to the guy who bought the place—he paid $200,000 (basically just for the land). Guess he's looking to build a house and sell it.
