I think the Asian countries have more experience with maintaining athletic training during virus events in the modern era whereas Europe just stopped everything and got behind in that time.
  2. You can tell FF is a big act just by the fans. Nu-Metal guys next to hipsters next to Regular Guys next to Dad Rockers
  3. Yeah, nobody in 5XNW thinks like that. Most are too young to care or be against it.

Inland Products... was that the rendering plant at Jackson Pike and Frank Rd? Can't even tell it was there now since they moved Jackson Pike on top of the property last year. It staaank but not for 20 miles around like the paper mill.
  5. Maybe Sea World can come back as a restaurant concept. A big fiberglass Shamu right out front.
  6. They included Children's Hospital which is debatable as to whether it should be included in the Columbus skyline since it is quite a ways from the next closest tall buildings and the buildings are really not that tall as you can see on the far right in the "South" pic. If you added the OSU Hospital-East tower and the grain silos it would be even wilder.
  7. Oh a RIRO. That would be fine.
  8. The traffic engineers aren't going to like that. It puts Hocking Street closer to the off-ramp, takes away the slip ramp for Hocking (which is on the left, something they don't like) and its car storage capacity then adds a signal to both directions of Spring which currently has it in only one direction.
  9. Already pulling up the sidewalk this morning. The other building starts next month!
  10. Remember when the protest songs were against parking lots? Pepperidge Farm remembers.
  11. Yeah somebody posted the roller derby team's website/blog a few pages back. Hey a free million bucks or so to add to the roller derby team's budget!
  12. On the news they were talking about how the Pizzuti rep "claims" that the new development would result in less traffic than the Giant Eagle. It's pretty easy to prove that a supermarket leads to way more trips than residential. Isn't the rule of thumb something like 2 trips per person per day? Assuming 2.5 persons per unit times 262 times 2 trips that is 1310 trips per day. That's nothing to a supermarket. Couldn't even stay open considering in is one trip and out is another. Just the employees are 300 trips.
  13. Push up land prices, push up height.
  14. Developers don't really look at each other as competitors, no.

  16. this is 'Murca
  17. Yeah it's like your family is "German" even though when they were there it wasn't even Germany. It could even have been France.
  18. Put a baseball in this fist:
  19. Cheaper to change signs that way
  20. Ha, remember when QFM96 bought all those billboards around town and they'd just say something like "Boo" with a bunch of empty space afterward for a couple weeks? Nobody knew what was going on until they finished them.
  21. Depends on if you count the 13th floor
  22. The city really had it out for Central Market. Not sure why. I don't think it was pressure from Greyhound.
