I feel like one of our distributors has to have at least one of those in the East yet doesn't tell us. The main warehouse is in California but they are drop-shipping through Wal-Mart's website daily. If someone in Maine buys one of their widgets does Wal-Mart really want the customer waiting 6 days minimum? There might be one at Rickenbacker where I would want to cash-n-carry but I still have to pay cross-country shipping from CA and wait.

Does TANK add stops when new warehouses go up? In Groveport, COTA stops at one place then people transfer to GREAT (Groveport Rickenbacker Employee Access Transit) which takes them to the individual warehouses.

Those places are so bottom-heavy.

But not in a warehouse at midnight.

Groveport and Obetz did get a new truck stop and a Sheetz. Also Lockbourne got a place that fixes broken trailers. Yet the fast food places on Alum Creek Dr. have much shorter lines than the ones in Canal Winchester. But the warehouse earnings taxes themselves do fund these 5K population towns well. At 50K it would be much more of a drop in the bucket.

It might help once Amazon gets broken up.

At my house the pipes are ran in the attic. The only reason there is any real significant piping up there is because a laundry room/breezeway was added later. The water heater and washer/dryer were moved out there from the kitchen. So initially the pipes only ran into the plumbing access from the meter where they immediately tied into the adjacent bathroom and kitchen. So the new piping is a concern up there, but it seldom gets cold enough in there to worry about freezing. There is an incandescent floodlight that you turn on in the plumbing access to keep it from freezing when it's below 15 out. This is in addition to having its own heating duct. Below 10 out I use an electric heater in the breezeway since it is an unheated space. I'm not sure it's necessary. Ducting-wise any replacement would be super cheap. It's all flexible. What happens when the ducting is in the attic is that the heat becomes less efficient than it would be in the floor but the A/C becomes more efficient. You really have to take it on a case by case basis to determine whether a house is on a basement, slab or crawl space if it was built after WWII. Look for basement windows for a basement, little grates in the foundation indicating crawl space or miniature plumbing access doors indicating slabs. Obviously online listings should indicate which type as well.

I don't know much about Mt. Gox, but what I do know is that it started out as a Magic card trading hub. People aren't lying when they talk about how much money you can make in Magic and Pokemon once you get it down to a system and are capitalized properly. I'm just now starting to get there after 6 years. I have absolutely no interest in these products personally. I have one Magic card that is mine and it is worth 39 cents. They really do offer stock market returns all except you have to take physical possession of them. The only reason I sell them is that a business associate told me that I have to.

There is though. Oakley Near. I know in Cincinnati there is this phenomenon of "crap next to palaces" but modern minds don't think that way since they want to get on top of things before they get too expensive. You know how in Columbus things mostly get slowly crappier as you go rather than one block being all fixed up and the next seeing no attention like in Cincinnati? Doing things the Columbus way is how more money can be made with less initial investment. Then you toss in the economic development incentives and you're cooking with gas. This is how things get done in D.C. neighborhoods as well.
