This has been in the works for a while. I don't think you can just drive by. It's a little off of High like a lot of these South Side developments.

Yeah people need to be careful. It's not like blue-collar jobs where you can quit as many as you want yet still have another one in an hour.

GCrites replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Central & Southeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionWhoops, same location. So they called it the Powell Center because it's on Powell Road rather than in or near Powell like I thought.

These are sales taxes. Republicans like those since they are regressive.

It's 3.2 beer all over again. Now that we can have adult conversations about alcohol we have been able to put 12% beers on the market for over 10 years and alcoholism has gone down. But if you asked Republicans back in the weak beer days what would happen they would say the apocalypse. Yet now the breweries that pour 12% beers get bagged on as being the most boring places to drink and having too many families in them.

Sitting in a truck stop where you have to pay for Wi-Fi, unable to look at their favorite websites that have tons of autoplay video on their phone, forced to watch the Weather Channel while repetitive shower availability announcements are barked over the P.A.

I like how DeWine says "Mundee" instead of "Monday". Alice from the Brady Bunch did that.

Range anexity is a separate phenomenon from actual range in the same way perception doesn't always match reality.

Range anexity relegates them to 2nd and 3rd cars still.

If Tesla's pricing strategy is more like a computer's (or a Model T's) where as the car design gets older the price goes down that is going to clash with the current pricing model of the automobile where the price really only goes up on the same design as time goes on... perhaps with some updates.

Yeah when I got the wrong street weed (for me) BITD I turned into a total space cadet. Once I can control what I put in my body I will be more likely to use MJ properly and not just drink the same booze that I know I like rather than what I don't. I don't like IPAs so I don't drink them. Not a big schnapps drinker either. But with street weed it was roulette. That's why I basically stopped smoking weed for over a decade. Too many heebie jeebies.

I guess that's better than how the media was making it sound -- which was even larger than the current crop of full-size ICE trucks.

Whatever the Republican position is it is his job to push it no matter how ridiculous it is. An amateur think tank

Will it even fit properly on Ohio roads? They design all these bigass trucks for Texas and other Western states then people in Ohio and even really old states like Pennsylvania buy them without thinking and then they're bouncing off of everything.

Meanwhile YouTube was scolding me for using an ad blocker for trying to watch the Coshocton County Fair Tuff Truck race. Guess what I ended up seeing on the rabbit ears instead.

How often has it happened in the past that the party associated with the opposition of one of these measures tries to upend the will of the voters? Like say with previous measures in Ohio that allowed say, Black people or women to vote, did bills turn up to say "OK you can vote, but only in the general -- not the primaries." Granted there may not have been primaries then but some other caveat or qualifier.

Hey, in the rural areas so many of the schools have been moved way out of town out on to the 55mph highway by Republican school boards and people left the old denominations for megachurches also on the highway that it may not be as much of a problem as expected
