SOUTH STATE STREET Streetscape plan prepared for corridor Wednesday, August 20, 2008 By LIN RICE, ThisWeek Staff Writer After numerous studies and discussions, Westerville's city staff may soon have one comprehensive document detailing future plans for the South State Street Corridor. The Westerville Planning Commission will review a draft of a proposed streetscape plan for the city's southern entryway on Aug. 28. According to city staff reports, the plan makes recommendations for both aesthetic and safety improvements along South State Street from Huber Village Boulevard to Walnut Street. The proposed streetscape plan is available for public review on the city's Web site, www.westerville.org, at the Westerville Public Library, 126 S.
