  1. How about Maynard James Kennan's boyhood home?
  2. SSU might was well change it's alma mater to "Seek & Destroy" because it is going to take over the world with awesomeness.

Uh, while this does make the car lighter, thereby making it use slightly less gas, it doesn't really do much. Perhaps it has some psychological effect. A 1200lb F1 car will see a difference, but a 4000lb street car?

Oh god, that was a classic example of the Disney Afternoon abusing its monopoly powers.

    I think it's creepy.
  6. ^ pssst, I think KOOW means that interstates killed our cities
  7. Just think... if the people who worked at the hospital lived in those houses, there would be no need for the parking lot.

Who needs Vegas when Weirton has all the gambling one could possibly need?

O, Opening Day in Cincinnati. Not only is it THE opening day for all of baseball and one of Cincinnati’s greatest traditions, but it also the day of one of the most hallowed events in yearly metal tradition. Since the mid-1970s, on baseball’s Opening Day, Ronnie James Dio has stood high atop Mt. Lookout holding a bottle of Coors Light that has a label featuring himself holding a bottle of the very same beer screaming “Look Out!” while atop Mt. Lookout, while he himself screams “Look Out!” as any Rainbow/Sabbath/Dio song featuring the words “Look Out!” plays. He is truly a Man on the Silver Mountain.
  10. That looks like way too much fun. On another note, velodromes are also great for high-speed R/C car racing.
  11. Not only is the six-speed automatic more fuel efficient, it is more pleasurable to use. A CVT keeps the engine at a much more constant RPM under acceleration and deceleration, creating a droning noise that drives people bonkers.

I remember, in late 2004, all of a sudden seeing almost every pickup truck ditch their spare tire.
  13. In Columbus, all the houses on your street would each have 3 quads.
  14. I don't recall the economy having a meltdown over lack of ATMs in the '80s. People carried a lot of cash, kept it at home or wrote checks. You could write checks for many more things back; bars kept tabs etc.

Haha, that keyboard part was stolen from the Stage Select screen from the Super Nintendo Game "U.N. Squadron"
  16. ^ Yes, the Cincinnati area is known for its terrible fishing. A lot of people do hunt here, but not very many ride quads as compared to say Columbus/SE Ohio or West Virginia.

I bet that was a KILLER show!
  19. Also, C-T and the East End are less dense with fewer different owners to deal with and cheaper land for new builds.

^That's not necessarily a bias toward those teams, just a focus on which teams get ratings.
  21. I think some people who troll forums and newsgroups are editorial journalists who are seeking points they didn't think of or are even trying to get others to basically write columns for them.

So this guy's house alone is worth $390,000 but he works as a carpet specialist? Sounds like he has a benefactor.
