  2. Allow the Decepticons to make energon cubes there. Starscream: "Soundwave! We've got to get to Cincinnati Milacron for more energy! Then, I will become the new leader of the Decepticons!"

AHAHAAHAHA, totally true! The last time I was through there I saw 12-year-old "gang bangin' thugs" all over the place.
  6. It's extremely disappointing to see a wasteland that was mostly brand new construction in the '90s. edit: Actually, the area illustrated in the article is north of the part I was referring to. The article highlights a '70s-era area, while the '90s fallout is further south.
  7. "Stranger Danger" has ruined our society.
  8. Bring back Top Cat's and Sudsy's!!!
  9. Anyone seen detractors use the term "Crazy Train" yet?

Thoughts: Wesley Willis: wow, that isn't how that song goes at all. He just plugged in lyrics fromm his other songs. Billy Ray: Hold on to your hats -- Billy Ray is from Flatwoods, KY about halfway between Portsmouth and Ashland, KY on U.S. Federal Route 23. Many musicians form the Portsmouth area have played with him; and a section of freeway in the area is named after him. (combed hair into fake mullet for added effect) Gil Mantera's Party Dream: looks like they are in the same scene as Totally Radd!!, DolphinForce and Mr. Pac-Man

If I would have seen this in 1992, I would have shot my TV with an SKS. But now that I am more musically mature, I can say that it's pretty bad ass!

Sounds like it's a remastered version paired with the original video.

I did have long hair for a while. No primer on this Camaro; it's one of the few from that era that is well-preserved.
  15. +1. Many parents are from the suburbs or rural ares and think people walking = crime.

NO SHITTING ON DOKKEN! NOT ON MY WATCH! The late '80s-early-'90s hair, such as Trixter, BulletBoys, Poison and Nelson was terrible, but a lot of the early hair rock such as Ratt and Motley Crue was pretty good! Dokken was kind of in that no man's land between real metal and hair rock with W.A.S.P., Twisted Sister and Def Leppard. I dig those bands.

There is a celebrities from Ohio thread somewhere out there.
  24. Lots of my friends are direct decedents of Chief Logan and carry this same attitude 200 years later. There are many, many American Indians in the Columbus/Chillicothe/Zanesville triangle. Actually, a lot of them are "Synthetic Mexicans" in that they are a combination of Spaniards and American Indians. This is a cultural phenomenon unique to the area.
