Cincinnati: Bars / Nightlife News
Yeah totally different than the problem I had when I had the game stores. Half the store was $2.99 before the virus hit.

Cincinnati: Bars / Nightlife News
Oh and it's on a one-way street. Yes I know everyone thinks about the first 16-Bit in Columbus being a pioneer in the region and how it was successful enough to build an entire regional bar group around while being on a one-way but they're still risky.

Pickaway County: Anduril Arsenal-1
Some of the land is owned currently by CT Development and this is where the existing building is going to be converted. It is either on Raymond Ave or Henson Family just south of Airbase before the big curve. Additional buildings will mostly be on Airbase north of the curve or on the part of Airbase that runs E/W toward Walnut Creek Pike. This land is was bought by Montrose Development in 2023. At some point Rickenbacker Parkway E will be extended all the way to Pontius and Hayes Roads in Franklin County to make a full ring road around Rickenbacker. I am working on an adjacent property transaction so I have been following projects in the area closely. But I still only found out about Anduril from the media. Things were pretty quiet publicly but if you were hanging around the Pickaway County Commissioners or the township trustees meetings back in the fall you might have known.

Another building is proposed right next to the runway. Aircraft will be able to taxi onto the runway by the looks of it.

That was more around the time people wore an onion on their belt

Groveport: Developments and News
From seeing the T-shirts I think that Kroger has more customers from Obetz and Ashville in it than Groveport

Groveport: Developments and News
When I was a kid Groveport had 2-3 bars so there was a little more variety.

Groveport: Developments and News
I actually thought I'd reconnect with people I knew from elementary and middle school but that didn't happen. We moved to another district to a high school that I hated but everyone from there wants to be your best friend still.

Greater Cincinnati Metro (SORTA) and TANK News & Discussion
He clearly was a DINO that put his own interests over the city's.

Groveport: Developments and News
I'm probably going to move back into the city in a few years too. This is a little too boring. I won't need to be in Lancaster or Ashville during the workday anymore.

^You could maybe do that if the other 2Cs didn't exist.

That valley was seen as scenic and I remember an old motel sitting atop a hill approximately where Olive Garden is located today.

Reynoldsburg: Developments and News
You can see it on Historic Aerials in 1983. By 1994 it is gone for Cracker Barrel.

Anybody here remember the 10-15 story hotel built at the SW corner of I-70 and 256 that never opened? It stood until 1986-1988. It had tape on the windows in the shape of the letter X to keep them from breaking.

Pickaway County: Anduril Arsenal-1
Note that the buildings are arranged diagonally due to a natural gas pipeline that runs through the site.

Columbus: Downtown: Merchant Building
Columbus still doesn't have a true luxury hotel and it hurts the convention business here. One next to the convention center is really needed and would work there, I feel.

Cleveland: HealthLine / Euclid Corridor
Thank you for making that distinction!

Cleveland: HealthLine / Euclid Corridor
Video goes pretty in-depth on current HealthLine issues and their causes. The line from the city why signal priority was lost at certain intersections is classic 🙄

Columbus: OSU / University Area Developments and News
GCrites replied to CMH_Downtown's post in a topic in Central & Southeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionThe closure of the old Vets Memorial convention hall pushed a lot of events to the fairgrounds.

Suburban Sprawl News & Discussion
Most traditional Columbus suburbs are now blue except Grove City. But now places like Circleville, Delaware City and Lancaster have been added to the suburb list which changes things a little.

Columbus: Downtown Developments and News
And in the current market office towers sell for shockingly little, at least in Ohio.

Columbus: Downtown Developments and News
In those low income tax states they just whack people with sales and/or property taxes instead. In Ohio sales taxes are capped at 8% iirc
