They really need to push back street parking from all corners back 5 feet because of SUVs. SUVs have caused all kinds of trouble in our built environment since it wasn't built with them in mind for so long.

Less Old Money in Columbus. New Money isn't as massive as Old Money. Up until 3-4 years ago it was nearly impossible to sell a house over $1M in the Columbus metro whereas that hasn't been a problem in Cleveland and Cincinnati for decades.

A lot of the Rickenbacker warehouses are rentals so it's kind of interesting to see someone buy their own building. People always say thing's like "Look at that huge building Amazon's putting up!" and I'm sitting there like, "Um..."
