We've not commented for awhile but we've been watching and appreciate the commentary. To answer a few questions, the web cam should be up within the next few weeks. We'll let you know when it goes lives on The Avenue District website. As for the move in dates for the first townhome building at Rockwell, the PD was correct in saying October. We also wanted to let you know that we are starting our own blog that you can read updates and news about the construction process along with view updated photos. We'll let you know when we post our first message. Lastly, a couple of weeks ago, there were comments made regarding the use of stock photography in our construction signage. If you had the choice to spend thousands of dollars on custom photograph or invest that money on included features like granite countertops and other high quality finishes, which would you choose? We decided to stick with the latter but we appreciate your commentary and continued interest in the neighborhood Check out the latest pictures from the construction sites. I wanted to thank everyone who braved the weather and made it out to the Groundbreaking Ceremony today. The weather cleared up nicely just in time. MayDay...great meeting you. KJP, good to see you again. Let me know if you need anything. As for the non-union rumor...no truth to that. We working on finalizing our agreements with the unions. Take care. Don Picciano, Jr. Director of Sales and Marketing Zaremba. PS-everyone stop by our sales office...we have a brand new scale model to show off! It would have made it outside, but we were too concerned with the weather.

Dear Friends, I apologize for any confusion, but we have NOT hit pre-sales on our loft building as of yet. There was a couple words displaced in that article. We have hit pre-sales for Phase I of the Townhomes. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Don Picciano, Jr. Director of Sales and Marketing Zaremba.

Dear Friends, Okay, I couldn't resist. In the past, I've mentioned that I follow this thread, but I wanted to nip any negative feelings in the bud. We are not in panic mode whatsoever. In fact, since we've been able to sign contracts, sales have been moving very swiftly. We are extremely close to hitting our pre-sale requirement, and any incentives that are being offered, like the referral bonus, is a Zaremba-wide incentive. I can promise each and every one of you that this neighborhood, The Avenue District, will happen. I appreciate everyone's support and interest, and keep watching...you just might see a crane in the air! Sincerely, Don Picciano, Jr. Director of Sales and Marketing Zaremba.

Hey everyone. I would like to thank everyone for their comments...good, bad, or indifferent. We do read this site, and like the e-mails that are sent through our website, we do take every message/e-mail seriously. We can never guarantee that we can accommodate everything, but it's always considered. Our team continues to work very hard to direct the message we send out that not only promotes The Avenue District, but also Downtown. We love Cleveland, and everything that's happening in Cleveland. As far as the website, our goal has been to make www.theavenuedistrict.com (shameless plug) the best and most interactive website in the market. Every Wednesday, we update information on our website through our newsletter, The Avenews, and it goes live for non-newsletter subscribers on Friday. It's free to subscribe (ok, another shameless plug). We have some exciting stuff planned for the coming weeks. Lastly, although I'm not prepared to release numbers at this time, I promise you that sales are going very well. Thank you for your support in Cleveland and The Avenue District. Sincerely, Don Picciano, Jr. Director of Sales and Marketing Zaremba.
