LOL - sorry, just venting - I just found this website recently and didn't think anyone had posted to "The Gates" in a long time. Basically it came down to a list of punchlist items (mostly on the outside of the building, i.e. garbage, repainting, etc.) that were never met. Of course, it was a verbal agreement for him to take care of it but sadly he has never followed through on it. It's great that he is trying to help improve the city but I was hoping that he would completely finish one project before moving on to the next.

Too bad Ed Horgan doesn't follow through on what he has promised the residents.

I know quite a few people who work in the building and it was pretty bad - one person said it sounded like a bomb going off!

After the BP fuel truck lighting on fire this afternoon they are lucky the jobsite is even still there!
