I like this view of the Arch City Development. Apparently the houses behind it might be demolished and replaced with a parking lot.

Does anyone know what's stalling the Mount Carmel West redevelopment? Most projects that were delayed by covid seem to be somewhat back on track, but it's been over a year since I saw an update on this one. I'm getting inpatient because this is the development I'm most excited to see for "West" Franklinton

Looks like the newly proposed 30 story tower in the Peninsula will block Gravity 2 from having a downtown view.
