Being a major paint manufacturer, I'm guessing that they have an unlimited and low-cost supply of corrosion control coatings... I'm curious too as to why those I-beams are white.

I saw that the ceremonial groundbreaking occurred on December 10, 2021, kicking off at the site of a new 23-story mixed-use building in Cleveland known as City Club Apartments. That was five weeks ago. Is the crane base in place yet?
