  1. Oh that might make sense, because I think owners larder are opening a market in or around that spot
  2. I think J Rock is one of the best Cleveland they never disappoint
  3. I hope this is way out my price range or completed after 2026. The temptation to move there will be very high otherwise
  4. I think Cleveland also benefits from having a fair amount of people that have blown up globally and have a passion to bring things back to Cleveland like summerslam for instance that’s only coming here because of the tie Logan Paul has to Cleveland
  5. I don’t live at the quarter anymore so I didn’t get a good look but coming down Detroit yesterday I saw something is going in next to CF bank
  6. Well remember we can’t have it because it blocks the view of the church
  7. I feel like they’re already behind I see a lot of people during the summer climbing the bulk head from their boats to get to brewdog, meaning they will drunkenly be doing the reverse
  8. This was briefly concerning, I thought something happened to the tower
  9. They did discuss this during initial planning meetings it would be out there on YouTube
  10. Sort of an off the wall question, when someone as big as drake comes into town, where do these top talents stay?
  11. Not sure here’s the numbers from ours Though
  12. possibly 4th now but regardless top 5
  13. Meh I’d bet against not having another, including the one in Richfield we’ve hosted 3 times. With the last one being one of the most stand out All-star weekends being the NBAs 75th anniversary. Oh and not to mention the 3rd richest owner
  14. Didn’t know that either, there does seem to be some income limits and also seemingly up to the schools to accept or not “Students from families at or below 450% of the federal poverty level receive a full voucher, while students in higher income brackets receive progressively reduced voucher amounts. Participating private schools are required to accept the voucher as full tuition for students whose families are at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL). “
  15. Which honestly I hope when Bibb releases his vision/the results of the studies for the lakefront at the end of this quarter it reflects both having the stadium and not
  16. regardless of the browns stadium outcome those lots will be developed just not that soon it was talked about during the lakefront master plan meetings
  17. That would be a rowdy ride, also a great way to get ridership up
  18. Curious how much they’d ask the city to chip in for a new stadium at the usps site. if the Bibb’s priority is to have them on the lakefront is that because he knows it’ll be cheaper or because he thinks it’ll help draw folks to the development but you’d think the lake access would be enough so right now haslems options are spend 500m on renovating the city owned stadium or spend like 1-2b on a state of the art ground up facility with a village owned by them
  19. I’m imagining a building similar to the one planed as a part of 76 place in Philly (obviously next to practice facility instead of the stadium seen here) something at the scale you’re thinking of I imagine at the “nucleus” site
  20. Posting for others as I can also not read
  21. Said article…. https://www.crainscleveland.com/sports-recreation/haslams-believe-new-stadium-could-be-transformational
  22. I thought a part of it was a taproom/beer hall. I assumed it would be something similar to what Rhinegiest has in cincy
  23. lol, 1000 people within a couple feet.. something tells me they’d fit in just fine
