  1. *Edit my mistake didn’t mean to quote and post
  2. Sounds like they’ve actually been working through geotechnical issues with the homes being on the hill side for the past two years. Glad they figured it out these will be awesome and wow after hearing the details these will all be A++ homes with tons of detail. Hopefully architectural digest or hgtv or something along those line will be able to show us the inside when it’s done The clients of the 12th lot is calling the home a bone yard as they want to die in their home and live there forever
  3. Wow didn’t think I’d see this project again honestly, very cool they’ve still kept with the original designs
  4. I agree I don’t think this is crazy what’s crazy is the price they’ll charge you to have your home in suburbs right up against someone else’s, for me personally I don’t see the point to live in a suburb if I’m living in a urban like density environment with none of the benefits
  5. I also heard from a buddy and I think Ken wrote about it as well that whoever started it did it wrong, not sure if they went back to fix it
  6. Surprisingly no mention of FEB turning into a DORA, is this still in the works?
  7. So is this the tallest point or will they still have framing to do at this angle
  8. Not saying it’s in the budget but soccer have already figured out underground storage so it’s possible.
  9. That’s not always true, real grass is possible in domed stadiums Raiders as one example
  10. Voss redevelopment went in front of the landmarks commission today, everything they said sounded great should be a really good urban experience Because of the current economy they are looking to come back with a phase 1 that can start this year
  11. https://fox8.com/news/major-concert-coming-to-cleveland-browns-stadium/amp/ Is it par for the course for Bibb and a “representative of the Haslam Sports Group ” to announce a concert?
  12. Final design approved they split the wall
  13. Just watched the presentation, looks overall very high quality and a good mix of uses through out the properties. Excited to see how it transforms with the additional more feedback. Love the river view with the bridge on full display
  14. Is it also possible they went with the current height to meet a deadline of moving most of their workforce? (taller HQ1, longer timeline) feel like either way not to go back to it but the real mistake was not building the parking garage with ability to build on top of it
  15. I think the city is on top of more than we’re giving them credit, that’s an assumption based off the work that was done mapping the vision for the valley
  16. The river walk also isn’t continuous on both sides it pops up at times because there’s high rises on both side I get your point of from this point on we should require it but I don’t think we NEED it in this stretch, pretty sure we could have a longer boardwalk than Chicago between planned developments and metroparks buying up properties on the river front I don’t see why everything in red could be a boardwalk *except for maybe where those lovely land owners for the past 200 whatever years have been on the northern portion of Scranton peninsula
  17. Right and I don’t think everything on the river especially in this section needs to have a boardwalk directly on the water. I think equally important is having some sort of entertainment/dinning/some type of activation directly in the water. plus this section of old river road is a nice detour
  18. I actually think a boardwalk parallel to old river road doesn’t make any sense. The current board walk goes from FWD to where the Lindy’s lake house property starts then goes back behind it to a bike rack, the boat shuttle, then to the sidewalk down old river road then to settlers landing. I think it makes sense as it is right now and in the concept presented, I think the river front parallel to old river road should remain what I’d call semi-private (can be enjoyed from a patio with drinks and food). Not sure why we’re crying wolf over this property plan when 1330 and collision bend have been great experiences not to mention I think old river road has great buildings and could become its own little E4th
  19. I’d personally consider that a bomb
  20. https://www.news5cleveland.com/news/local-news/bay-village-explores-potential-lakefront-plan-designs-at-popular-park?fbclid=IwAR09bDHeaNVEQ7GOiQyeFBEES6kPjS4y0nJeSon6_H0AsG-X85VloAXqEmk_aem_AcpB3oxZwr-CzLsyKuHmpMmFDAhS3tBF7qFiPYa0c8P40zfSDQhhSctDlYECBWljAqw Bay looking to redo another park on the lake
  21. Feels like the I-team has talked to everyone but the city and the browns which are the two groups everyone else seems to be waiting on as well. which also everyone saying the browns and city haven’t said anything can’t possibly be true especially since the governor and goodell were at the game together. All this lead up makes me think it’s something beyond a renovation
  22. To validate/sharpen your points I tried to source some number of billionaires between the states but it’s pretty unclear. seattle has 10 billionaires, the state has 13. Forbes says Ohio has 7 but it doesn’t include the Lindner family, Frecka family, Thoma bravo, or Ken Oaks which makes me think they’re missing other people.
  23. Especially when the nba is still focusing on expanding significantly larger markets like Mexico City, Vegas, and seattle.
