  1. We need the dancing guy balloon on top!
  2. It's starting to look like a tower!!!
  3. Average I've paid is around $8-10, and if you read it, I'm writing in support of going downtown. I live in the suburbs and they're chaos.
  4. I absolutely love your taste! We don’t need any more glass boxes!
  5. Honestly, I'd rather pay to park downtown then fight traffic in Polaris. It's a damn nightmare up there at nearly every hour of the day. And the level of crime is pretty much the same if not worse.
  6. I wouldn't be surprised if they reuse the Millennial plans over here and modify them.
  7. This will be great for increasing street activation!
  8. Parking will get redeveloped in later years. At 30-60k a space, it's hard to justify the cost.
  9. TSMC will. They’re the best at it and always need more capacity.
  10. I still maintain Intel will not occupy the plant. They are a horribly ran company and should have never been given the money in the first place.
  11. Now they just need my avatar up there swinging from it!
  12. Went to R&R hall of fame a few weeks ago. Was shocked they had some surface lots over there. There's a garage by the Science center and space to build another. Those surface lots would make for some great mixed use and boutique hotels that would help drive pedestrian traffic to the museums on that strip.
  13. Overhead utilities have 0 advantage unless everyone stops playing Candy Crush while they drive.
  14. Can I just say how impressed I am with that streetscape. We don't have anything like this in Columbus.
  15. Only thing I’m mad about is losing the mature trees
  16. The damage looked bad. Several large cracks.
  17. I like that one actually - the massing is cool. This one looks like a bad 70s building.
  18. I agree - it’s a really nice building. I was shocked to hear new arenas cost that much!
  19. 1960s needs a new facade to match the other two.
  20. If its clay at a 3:1 slope you’re good
