  1. Bad project. Should've knocked down and built it like the old one. The good one.
  2. That depends where those columns are and how the mix is designed. It should be an entrained mix to begin with for the structure but the exterior columns will always be exposed unless you clad the stadium…
  3. I thought Kaufman did asset management too? Or no? This shocks me - he seemed so involved in this development and to just sell it after all that work…
  4. I hope this project spurs development along this road. Right now it looks depressing.
  5. I hate the fact it took 2 seconds to realize that's a Wix site. I need to get a life...
  6. I love Roby projects - I just wish they did the windows differently on this one.
  7. I HIGHLY doubt that'll happen
  8. From who I've talked to its concrete (thankfully).
  9. I hope they use real stone and not some plastic mold.
  10. I’m sorry, the WHAT apartments? Who in the… nvm…
  11. I’ve been told its survive until who knows when. It’s not coming down any time.
  12. Why does it look like they’re completely removing it?
  13. I'm pretty sure that is the color.
  14. OSU is a joke in a lot of ways - namely the fact they never practice what they preach.
  15. We definitely can - but codes have laxed as has pride in our workmanship. We're an architectural "throwaway" society. Buildings have a "useful life." They're not built to last and made for a legacy anymore, they're just built to be built.
  16. A shame this one kinda died - I really like the juxtaposition of the modern glass with the historic brick.
  17. I take it this one died as well... https://columbusunderground.com/seven-story-building-proposed-for-downtown-parking-lot-bw1/
  18. While I'm not the biggest fan of JBAD projects, I'd really like to see this one happen. https://columbusunderground.com/two-small-apartment-buildings-approved-downtown-bw1/
  19. I will always maintain they should've just moved it - across from the library is the last place the hospital should've been.
  20. I've never seen a multi-level tiltup before.
  21. That building is hideous - this is great! That whole area is starting to get a completely new makeover/vibe. Further explains why the Spring/Long development should never be built. So many cool/creative projects going on!
  22. These both look great, but the Harbor Bay ones needs more character. Obviously its a early design, but it just seems like a giant black box right now.
