  1. Epcon isn't really for families - its empty nesters almost all the time.
  2. How this would harm them has me lost. If anything it seems like additional tax $$$. Also, this is far from dense considering other developments such as Bridge Park and the Crawford Hoying dev proposed at the old Shell.
  3. I'm scared - the AI is getting good... real good.
  4. Nope. I genuinely can't stand parallel parking. Too many people think they have the right of way pulling in/out of them and it causes chaos. Also don't like driving worrying about clipping someone's mirror because they parked too far out.
  5. Beat me to it! I saw the cladding up last week and was like FINALLY! I'm sure the workers were too...
  6. They're putting in more parallel parking? Are they insane??? HORRIBLE DECISION! I'm so sick of parallel parking - its causes nothing but an increased chance of accidents.
  7. I can agree - they spent 30k on getting one more parking space in the new garage. I'd say they're doing everything they can to keep walking distance at a minimum and/or avoid needing a shuttle.
  8. Looks like a lot of utility upgrades.
  9. Who's to bet they aren't setting any more beams today? 🤣
  10. I like this - especially the rooftop bar. This is truly going to activate this part of town even further.
  11. Most parking lots like that are never full or even remotely close to it - definitely a possibility. Crawford Hoying does both new build and property holding from what I've seen - if the tenant can pay and they can subdivide the lot and make more, I don't see why they wouldn't.
  12. The one in the back does not match very well.
  13. I don’t like big box because for me, if I’m shopping I have specifics (I.e. jeans). I’ll go to a store specifically known for that, buy them, and leave without taking half the store with me! 🤣
  14. Ripping up parking lot for Cannon Drive realignment.
  15. In their defense Kohl's is the most stale department store to exist, and these days they seem to be more of an Amazon drop-off than a store at all.
  16. @KJPany news on what's going on with the exterior? The interior seems to be moving along per the dumpsters on the timelapse, but the entire first/second floor and facade haven't been touched. Surely it isn't weather because (at least in Columbus) we've had some pretty mild, dare I say warm, days...
  17. This looks depressing and sterile.
  18. Some infill progress on High St. in Historic Dublin.
  19. Grabbed a few pics of the Rambler when I dropped off my tuition check.
  20. Dublin to receive two new MAG Auto Dealerships Informal review and feedback on a proposed rezoning to construct two new car dealerships on a vacant lot. Link: https://dublinohiousa.gov/pzc/23-138/
