  1. Biz first is behind - I posted the first here weeks ago.
  2. I have 0 faith Intel will even be around as a company by the time these are done. Their leadership is a disaster.
  3. Parallel parking is virtually useless. The denser the area the less it adds value, and it just causes more congestion as people try to get in and out. I understand a "loading zone" or valet pull up but permanent parking is foolish alongside a street.
  4. I've been told the buildings will be open to the point that they'll only have cubicles - no offices.
  5. Looks like the design changed and we missed it. More floors and the exterior panels are not black fiber cement, but look to be an aluminum product.
  6. I've asked the GC and no one I've spoken to knows.
  7. I understand the initial proposals. But they designed the last in a way much like Jaeger Square - stepping back the main building and creating "home-like" facades. The commission clearly has no idea what they are doing. You really think OSU will stop at University Square?
  8. I tell y'all this is Columbus' city park club.
  9. Yeah and then you can get a genius company like Abbott to build its whole distribution center there while it puts its offices in a much less dense location. Make that make sense. These cities have lost the plot on where large industrial operations belong.
  10. I can promise you it's moving along rapidly.
  11. It's that 49,000 sqft of office that I really am liking!
  12. And Matt Davis the genius developer does it again! Seriously - he does great work! https://dublinohiousa.gov/alpha/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Drawings-2.pdf
  13. Guess who's back (for what feels like the 1,000ndth time)... https://dublinohiousa.gov/alpha/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Drawings-1.pdf
  14. You know what to do - call Marie!
  15. Guess they're sticking with the AI renderings. As someone in the biz - not a fan of them. They work but could be way better and for a project like that, they can afford it. I wouldn't do that exterior for more than a couple grand...
  16. Unique and this building aren't synonymous.
  17. Supply chain? It has to be supply chain...
  18. This is actually a historically adopted design method that allows for more natural light. It works if done properly. Nicholas just needed a bit more character on the facade. Bring back some of the old brick/limestone/terra cotta art on buildings and it won't be as much of an issue.
  19. I mean for other buildings
