  1. THAT's what's going there???
  2. Y'all really go above and beyond when it comes to getting info/pics. It's impressive!
  3. It is! It was approved in February I think
  4. I was looking through past meetings and there's a building on Long that's supposed to get renovated as well. Nothing done yet as of when I drove by it five minutes ago though.
  5. I think a 420' tower would be best!
  6. I've been told all funding is frozen until Q2 2024 at the earliest as banks stabilize. 2025 may be the golden number on that. Lots of land acquisitions and holdings at the moment.
  7. Or winter weather. Also no helicopter can lift that much steel into place - there's a long way to go.
  8. And they'll get away with it because no one's going to ruffle the feathers of someone pumping capital into the city.
  9. Been awfully quiet around here lately...
  10. Hello everyone! I'm from Columbus and deflecting to this side of Urban Ohio because nothing interesting but data centers is going on in our city. Spill the tea!
  11. NRI is largely to blame for that, but they have done well. With the new tower I think we're going to see even more activity, especially with other infill projects popping up in the area.
  12. Columbus has a very ugly, pole building looking convention center - but this is just a hot mess!
  13. They need to stop taking skywalks down they're so cool!
  14. They need to take one of the large empty lots and make another park while we still can.
  15. Outside is great other than the windows need a bit more detail. The insides are totally different. It's "inhumane" interior architecture. It's bare necessities without any real life or character to it. It's got about as much personality as a storage unit. And I get that as a developer, you're trying to appease everyone and lease. But this isn't a home, its just a house. We have enough resources to make this stuff possible and just don't.
  16. I saw this. Not a huge fan - as long as the cemetery doesn't expand the actual cemetery into the green space it's not too terrible, but there's a lot of nice mature trees that will be lost.
  17. Looks like they're widing Bright Road and Sawmill Rd.
  18. The windows are different too - this looks worse than the original design.
  19. It's possibly the dumbest name for an area in the city
