  1. Probably some of the last given what I've found out about incoming rents...
  2. Demo equipment on site tonight at Aspire
  3. Is that the Marker project? Penciling deals is hard right now on ground up - good for them!
  4. I'm disappointed I didn't photobomb in at least one of those pics... karma for being at the start of the line I guess haha
  5. This may not be the best outcome for y'all long term..................... ;)
  6. The Short North is the most true city area we have in the region - I think that helps its draw considerably.
  7. Nvidia is not leaving TSMC they and Apple have priority over everyone else there
  8. I've got one with less than 100' of frontage I'm underwriting at the moment. Not the biggest but ~20 units with some small retail.
  9. Well this will be a good comp for my deal down the street...
  10. I hope it looks more like the 1st those were amazing. I was told it was about half-baked when we saw it presented for the second time so there's that...
  11. Honestly this turned out very nicely. Normally I hate these massive apartment buildings but this one's actually quite nice. Does look like they didn't finish painting on the one side in the last pic though.
  12. No, they can fit it instead of doing another Pointdexter where its all mangled..
  13. Man this project just creeeeps along
  14. They also had that big dental one right when it opened. And it annually hosts the largest transportation engineering conference in the country each October...
  15. I saw they've leased about 6% of the residential stuff so far.
  16. Well we shouldn't, nothing's ever set in stone. I mean look at city center...
  17. No, its something that's you go to 2-3 spots for for the day and leave. It's not a destination and never will be - its a draw for neighboring suburbs but nothing more. Easton people literally travel to Columbus to come to. Also, the last sentence is about TruPoint, not Bridge Park - should've written that out better. Bridge Park is nice, but its overhyped compared to other urban experiences in our region.
  18. I get credit tenants and all, but this is not good for the overall character of the neighborhood. We need more local that brings people to the area - no one is going to travel to the 6th starbucks on the road
  19. They should be. The city allows crap architecture go in but cares about height. Height can become a nonfactor with good design. These box-shaped structures are not akin to anything in the neighborhood and have no individuality/character. That is the root problem.
  20. And above all, the architecture does not match - at all!
