  1. Money is easily there. So much money for alt transportation according to those who go after it.
  2. Side note: What about a light rail/underground rail that takes passengers directly from the airport to the Hilton/Convention center downtown (like a high-speed shuttle) for conferences and such. Also would help increase activity in this area through dumping a lot of people here and in the AD. I think if we get another hotel at the other end of the AD near the Crew stadium we'd see more pedestrian activity and connectivity there.
  3. It's Wood companies. For them, time is never of any importance.
  4. First, why not connect the bridge full circle. Second, that tower is what, 10 stories tall? Could do way better. That area seems a little underutilized here.
  5. Marconi conversion? Front street conversion?
  6. Excavator was on Spring Street after Front today. Work is moving forward!
  7. NEW DUBLIN DEVELOPMENT: AMLIN CROSSING https://dublinohiousa.gov/pzc/23-066/
  8. I may get screamed at for posting here but I will be at OTEC tomorrow if anyone else is going!
  9. I think Kaufman would save it tbh
  10. Pizzuti's architect is amazing. Their work is next level!
  11. Now they just need to add the original 3 floors back on it...
  12. Does anyone know why 670EB smells horrible going into downtown this morning? It was nauseating.
  13. I'd say we're still 2-3 months away from a crane though...
  14. Better than what it was before at least.
  15. I think they did an amazing job adding modern touches but preserving the historic charm. Whoever was the architect on that project is brilliant.
  16. Only thing I want to see is stricter architectural requirements. Other than that don't see how difficult it is for them to lax things up.
  17. The company apparently is notorious for buying dying malls and writing them off as losses for taxes. So, doubt it. If they did they certainly wouldn't be anything of quality either.
  18. 👀👀👀 The Mall at Tuttle Crossing sells to New York-based investors https://www.bizjournals.com/columbus/news/2023/10/03/the-mall-at-tuttle-crossing-acquired-by-mason-asse.html?utm_source=st&utm_medium=en&utm_campaign=BN&utm_content=co&ana=e_co_BN&j=32910563&senddate=2023-10-03
