  1. Neil can use better traffic management and a road diet for sure. Obivously we need capacity for game days - maybe COTA could offer shuttle services though on high demand times to use satellite parking and disperse of the traffic more? Just a thought...
  2. I'm going to try to get the proper contacts with the city and then rail companies and see if I can get that moved forward. I might reach out to Brett Kaufman about it as well.
  3. Who do they think lives in those 2 story homes? Students!
  4. Dead or alive? https://www.dispatch.com/story/business/2021/04/27/developers-propose-15-story-tower-west-broad-street-franklinton/7396813002/
  5. I wish the city, in all their love for public art, would get a program together with the rail lines to do some cool murals on the old, rusty bridges.
  6. Good to hear! That corner is a little empty! Biggest thing I hate is how every time I drive through the AD during the week it's like a ghost town. They really need to do more to bring people through - the only life I see are the scooter people changing batteries.
  7. Astor no, Peninsula has a lot of momentum - they're going to get it done either way. I'd say Estrella and Kroger are top two for me. Kroger can have a lot of unforeseen challenges being an adaptive reuse - Estrella is just a completely new thing.
  8. I assume dead I haven't been told otherwise. The land hasn't been used yet though - so it's probably a really long term "on hold."
  9. I love how quarries are being turned into metroparks or housing developments - it creates really unique communities and ammenities.
  10. Being as connected as I am, the last thing I need is my head on someone's wall. I play a dangerous game already doing what I do here.
  11. I was told it was x amount of stories + podium and they were permitted separate but no sure if that was the case.
  12. I'll ask and see - what's the name of that one again?
  13. Next phase of Gravity is breaking ground within 2-3 weeks.
  14. That's the name - I couldn't think of it yesterday when I drove by!
  15. Please tell me they're moving the cell tower. I would not pay to live right next to that.
  16. This is ugly and uninspiring. Looks like a corporate monstrosity.
  17. Soil stabilization/retention is what it looks like to me. The very beginnings of a foundation.
  18. Tower needs redone there isn't any direction with it. But they're very early in the process - these renderings are extremely conceptual and should change.
  19. Ah I typed in Ohio Health and nothing came up
  20. Not sure where to put this but fencing is up at Ohio Health Riverside as of today!
