Yes I believe they said they plan to start within the next year. They're waiting to complete the office building - which will have three retail tenants and the amenities for the residential.

People asked to invest have balked at the project's insane cost. The proforma just doesn't check out.

The funding issues are worse than he's leading on - I see this going nowhere. A lot of these Schiff projects seem to do that though...

High Street in the university is miserable. The sidewalks are horrid, there's no real effort for the pedestrian experience, and everything is extremely worn out/run down looking. They really need to redo that whole area with a new streetscape.

Was just in a lecture about this today - the process delays things by years sometimes for nonsensible variances.

I walked through the Build spaces during construction. Pretty great size. I must say Bellefontaine has mastered the pedestrian experience in their town.

I personally think it's ugly and doesn't match the area architecturally at all

They just build the SAS building about a decade ago it's not going anywhere.

The triangle is going to be a much larger, and what I believe to be, a multi-purpose venue that they will be calling home.

I believe its the one already built.

The buses on campus are surprisingly efficient so I agree with that. On high street is where the real issue lies.
