  1. My thoughts is just if it would be faster and more scalable in the long run. We have so much traffic as it is - would be nice to cut down on that a bit.
  2. They have it around St. Paul and it seems to work well there.
  3. High Street badly needs a light rail system. Lane too - maybe. But definitetely high.
  4. I bought the cheapest parking pass in the furthest lot away from campus (this is what I get for saving for business things). I'm now fearing how long my bus ride in will be.
  5. Well that was the last thing I expected to see opening this thread up. Love the return to a somewhat 1900s style inspired design - really compliments the area architecturally. Blown away they chose to do it on an affordable housing project of all things - just shows the big developers can pony up the money to make stuff look good.
  6. I was just going to say this would make a great place for some public art/a pocket park!
  7. If it does it'd definitely be out by Johnstown or New Albany
  8. Exclusive: Airport authorities share plans for new, $2 billion terminal at John Glenn Columbus International - Columbus Business First (bizjournals.com)https://www.bizjournals.com/columbus/news/2023/08/10/john-glenn-columbus-terminal.html
  9. Check the auditor and see who owns the open land there.
  10. If that were the case I doubt I'd have the sanity to be on here in the first place
  11. Well that's wonderful to know... I best be getting quieter then
  12. That's exactly what they're doing
  13. I don't think there's much of anything going on that way though
  14. I hope this is only short term - we need more height over here.
  15. Other things that you'll love
  16. I know New California out by Plain City is slated to get one
  17. They need to find a way to wane public funds for this instead of increasing them. Taxpayers shouldn't be subsidizing other people's homes. I'm all for affordable housing but we need to stop increasding the tax burden to bail other people out. Property taxes throughout the state are going to double in certain areas this year and bring people who could afford housing into that zone of housing being too high for them. It's a vicious cycle and we need a better solution. The band aid never heals the wound - the immune system does.
  18. I'll ask those in the know on that side of town - it'd be a shame if it didn't go through.
  19. It's nice but that road needs some serious love.
