  1. Can't wait to run around campus this year and take update pics for y'all!
  2. Bad in interest I should say - no, they do make quality stuff I will give them that. Design+purpose Kaufman is great for example, but their construction is so cheap its unreal.
  3. I think Gravity, Hilton Tower, Wood Cos. in the SN, Bridge Park, PNC Tower, etc. all have gotten great publicity. But it is highly important to shame bad development as a hindrance it doesn't happen again. It's a balance.
  4. There's very few decent local developers these days but there's some really bad ones like NRI.
  5. It's Woda Cooper, are we really surprised?
  6. Whatever happened to this one? https://www.dispatch.com/story/business/2022/05/05/developer-proposes-six-story-art-deco-style-building-near-east-side/9627460002/
  7. First floor storefront windows should be going into the Macon very shortly.
  8. Construction is through the roof - it's becoming a giant mess at the moment.
  9. I'm thinking the space they tore down for construction staging...
  10. Separate project? So not in the tower or??
  11. Completely disagree about the impact. This is like the Hilton - its bringing in an amenity that could help open up Columbus to bigger and better conventions, driving more revenue for local shops and businesses in the area.
  12. Seems it's only one building - not terrible though considering the fact that Capitol Square is much emptier than it should be. That said, it can't be worse than what happened to the Wendy's on Broad.
  13. Sounds like separate to me.
  14. Pretty crazy how they're keeping a single story in the middle of that yet getting rid of the theater.
  15. EASE Logistics Final Development Plan Link: https://dublinohiousa.gov/alpha/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/Combined-Drawings-1.pdf
  16. Uh - we've barely hit 90 all summer here. It's rather cool actually. Smoke from wildfires comes from poor forest management, and, it's not my fault people are trying to screw with the water cycle by "cloud seeding." Also the largest container ships in the world create way more emissions than every car on the planet.
  17. Much better use of public funds than I have seen for anything in a long time (other than the grave fiasco). This is truly a transformational project.
  18. Now is not the time to cry ;)
  19. This is honestly great - those lots are pretty much wasted space and that corner has always felt empty.
