  1. I believe I saw that in the renderings - so I’m sure it’ll happen!
  2. The cars are a pain! Driving down spring you always feel you’re gonna end up hitting someone who parked wrong in the left side! Then on front street someone keeps parking right in the turn lane! It’s a mess! All for giant, wide sidewalks. So much potential for street vendors, food trucks, kiosks, etc too!
  3. I read that there’s some 3 acres in that area slated for redevelopment.
  4. Nope! Front windows were amazing! I am absolutely terrified of heights and rode the elevator up to the third floor
  5. Topiary Park Apartments and the turret has all its shingles! Also nabbed some pics of the Vera which looks almost complete!
  6. A “few” pics I took on my walk today. They’re adding a second temporary elevator on the east side of the building and are running utility lines in the garage. Looks like we’re about 1-2 stories (minus the small corner level) from the structure being completed.
  7. This is going to be quite the adventure! I'm also going to head down Broad to look at the PNC plaza progress. I was going to swing by Madison's but someone just posted that not too long ago so I assume much hasn't changed.
  8. Never been there before - I'll try that! I'm only down the street at Stauf's knocking out some work.
  9. Hey I'm going to walk around today and take pictures of the projects going on in the area! Let me know what you want to see - I'm probably going to leave in the next 2-3 hours.
  10. Aren't there already two? With like another few in the works. Also, what is the 4th and long and 4th and state projects? Oh, and there's that one on High now.
  11. Such an iconic building! This looks amazing!
  12. Hopefully on the corner where the tower was once proposed. Save the north lot for something non-convention related like a commercial district.
  13. They needed to do that convention center tower like proposed years ago. The addition was underwhelming to say the least. It needs to be at least 50% glass.
  14. Whew! I was worried they were done framing it out! Glad to see its even bigger.
  15. The buildings LC replaced had some character, but they don't have the same impact/statement as the current build. Unless its a significantly unique structure, tall buildings should be at as many street corners as possible.
  16. They're going to tear down LC? Why??? Its such a good development - arguably one of the best new construction projects in the area.
  17. What happened to the nice development on this site? This looks horrible! https://dublinohiousa.gov/pzc/23-030/
  18. History??? They preserved the facade on the front. How are they removing the history? While I do like what's there this is so much better. Its great to add to the history as well - things do change over time.
