Driving down spring you always feel you’re gonna end up hitting someone who parked wrong in the left side! Then on front street someone keeps parking right in the turn lane! It’s a mess! All for giant, wide sidewalks. So much potential for street vendors, food trucks, kiosks, etc too!

I read that there’s some 3 acres in that area slated for redevelopment.

A “few” pics I took on my walk today. They’re adding a second temporary elevator on the east side of the building and are running utility lines in the garage. Looks like we’re about 1-2 stories (minus the small corner level) from the structure being completed.

Hopefully on the corner where the tower was once proposed. Save the north lot for something non-convention related like a commercial district.

Unless its a significantly unique structure, tall buildings should be at as many street corners as possible.

While I do like what's there this is so much better. Its great to add to the history as well - things do change over time.
