The homes are so close together the fire department has commented how they'll burn down like a domino effect. Cheap asphalt driveways, vinyl siding, little to no character or quality architecture. All in the name of "affordable housing" to be the cheapest suburb in Columbus.

All Plain City does is build cheap homes. Nothing rly good is coming from it.

They needed to cantilever the portion above the garage like 80 on the commons and get rid of the stupid curves. That garage is ugly enough.

The sad thing is the Edwards building will look better being constructed than when its finished.

They're horrible renderings. I work in that industry and this is not acceptable for final renderings on a project like this.

This has been in the plans for a long time - the extension is not related to the development.

He's not really good at doing anything good. You've gotta get a developer or someone with a business background in to really push this stuff along - career politicians are just that and don't really care about trying to speed anything up or push something along.

Project is not breaking ground.

It's Pulte - who competes with MI, Maronda, Ryan, and DR Horton for crappiest builder ever.
